Has anyone configured PSDS (or ServiceNow in general) to allow community members to reserve spaces owned by the organization? For example, client may be a county government which has a Parks & Rec department. This departments manages various facilities that community members can pay to reserve for a specific event. Is this use case addressed anywhere in ServiceNow? What product(s) are used, what licensing is involved?
