How to enable multi store parent case generator and configure it for multiple stores in Retail Service Management?

To enable and configure this feature, you'll need to activate the core RSM plugin, enable the specific parent case generation setting, define your store records, and set up the relevant case rules in your ServiceNow instance.

But when I save the record from workspace the affected retail stores tab is not available?

Have you completed the configuration steps outlined in the documentation here

 

You will need to create a CSM table map, a multi-case config, and associate that with a new service definition.
