Topic: Reporting downstream relationships in the CMDB How does anyone do this effectively?

I'd like to see what people are doing with the walk-up service module.  Any interesting use cases, customizations, or challenges.  

Related, if there is any integration into smart vending - tech vending machines, laptop lockers, etc, that would be helpful.

I'd be interested in hearing about anyone's experience in getting ServiceNow certified? Any recommendations or pitfalls to avoid?
