I was working on a SAM Now Assist project where SAM Pro, Procurement, and Now Assist for SAM plugins were active. However, I was still encountering an issue where no skills were working and errors were being thrown. I also attempted to repair the plugins, but the issue persisted.
The issue was resolved from the Now Assist Admin panel.
Navigate to Now Assist Admin → Settings → Manage AI models → Manage model providers
1 Go to Now Assist Admin workspace and open Settings in the top navigation.
2 Under Manage AI models, click Manage model providers.
3 Click the Edit model provider button (top right). You'll see available providers.
4 Select your preferred provider (Google Gemini used in this instance) and click Activate.
5 Return to the Software Asset Workspace. Publisher compliance summaries, product summaries, and recommended actions should now generate without error.
All Now Assist skills working after activation
