Active Rights double the number of Purchased Rights when uploading entitlement

Hello, 

 

When doing a bulk upload of software entitlements with the import spreadsheet, it appears that the Active Rights amount double the amount of Purchased Rights that are entered each time. Could someone help me understand how to fix this?

Hi @singler3

are you able to share the import file causing the issue, as I've never seen such an issue when using the SAMP entitlement import. Would also interesting to get a screenshot of the entitlement. 

 

And please raise a ServiceNow support case to get fast support from ServiceNow to solve this issue.
