Adobe cloud integration validation failure but authentication is success

we have adobe integration setup for SAM, we have created OAuth profile with instance url,client id,secret key, org id and all. even the authentication is also success, we could that OAuth token is generated successfully, but when we click on validate connection we getting an error.kindly let us know what would be reason and how can we resolve this.

Hi @GopalakrishnaS 

Once you click Validate Connections, try checking the system logs at the same time.
Also, call these credentials in a flow and try hitting the Adobe base URL using the same credentials—this will help you with debugging.

I was able to fix the issue, and this was from client side that they did not provide related APIs access, what steps should i need to take to validate that its working fine, I have validated samp_sw_subscritpion table and i can see the data is flowing into this table, apart from this, Do i need to follow any other validation in order to confirm that we have successful Adobe integrations for SAM.

From an integration perspective, everything is complete. The next step is to validate the license count in Adobe against the subscription records in ServiceNow. Both values should match—if they don’t, investigate any access-related discrepancies or mismatches.
