Adobe Integration error SAM

Hello, we have SAM Pro and use the integration with Adobe. The client changed the contract and provided new information (Client ID, Organization ID, Client secret, and Organization ID). We have already configured the integration according to the documentation, but even so, clicking "Validate Connection" shows an error. We would like to know the reason for this and how we can resolve it.

1)First confirm what Authentication Type you are using - Oauth or JWT.
If Oauth,
2)Open the Connection , Check connection URL ,
3) Open you Oauth_entity profile for Adobe
and share what are the different scope are attached with it.
Also confirm, Mid server ( running ,UP) is attached with it.
