I need some guidance regarding our recent Adobe integration in SAM Pro.
Background:
We recently implemented SAM Pro and our initial goal was to load all Adobe entitlements into the system.
The Adobe integration was completed successfully, and we are receiving data from the Adobe Portal into User Subscription.
Challenges Observed:
After loading Adobe Creative Cloud entitlements into SAM Pro:
Some models are missing software discovery models (the field appears empty).
Some entitlements are loaded but the software installation count does not match correctly.
Question:
Is it possible to achieve license compliance in SAM Pro without discovery models for Adobe only, or are they mandatory for accurate compliance reporting?
