We are finding we have over 700 products that have a discovery model with no publisher and no software model that have been set to licensable. Does anyone know why ServiceNow would do that when they don't have a publisher - I would expect these to be unnormalized. Examples are excel, powerpoint, Adobe acrobat 2026 and many more. Because they are set as licensable they are messing up are software license compliance position reports and ELP grouping reports but we have no way to fix them since there isn't a software model there. The only good thing is we do see them, but they aren't actionable. Thanks.
