Hi All,
We have upgraded to Yokohama and have followed the instructions in the Yokohama release documentation relating to CrowdStrike (including deleting the previous entitlement and recreating using CrowdStrike license metric group and Sensor Subscription metric).
However, the integration no longer works. (Previous release was Xanadu and worked fine).
We have tried publishing the Integration but it remains in Draft Status.
We also have an issue when we get to this step relating to Workload Mappings as there is no New button on the form, and the SW models we have created are not listed:
5. Proceed with the Workload product mapping by selecting the CrowdStrike Product Workload Mappings tab.
- On theCrowdStrikeProduct Workload Mappings page, select New
We have run the Validate Connection step and this appears to work OK as Connection is validated.
The SAM - Refresh CrowdStrike integration Subscriptions job is failing with message: "Cannot read property "sys_scope" from null".
Has anyone else experienced issues with their CrowdStrike integration after upgrading to Yokohama?. Any ideas on how we might resolve the issues please? thanks.

@Karen54Which entitlement are you referring to? Don’t you use CrowdStrike to discover clients and check whether the software on the workstation is compliant? I’m not sure what entitlements and software models you mean in this context.
Why would I need to create workload mapping with CrowdStrike software? My intention is to use CrowdStrike to track the usage of other software.

Hi JohnDF
No, the integration I was referring to was between ServiceNow and CrowdStrike. To use ServiceNow to monitor compliance of CrowdStrike. The entitlement was the CrowdStrike entitlement.

Did you get this sorted, Karen? I've just successfully set up the CrowdStrike integration.
