Custom SaaS Integration SAM

Hi,

  Did anyone did custom saas integration in servcienow? We are trying to do for one of the SaaS publisher with Basic Auth with API keys. In documentation it says to choose Basic AUth with API in Configuration template but i dont see this option in the instance. Do we have to create a spoke if we want to do custom SaaS integration? Any leads will be helpful.

Go to Connections & Credentials -> create new credentials using 'API Key Credentials'

Hi,

  That's where the problem starts, when we select API, on the form there is a field called "Configuration template" where we need to select Basic AUth with API key as per the documentation but we dont see anything like that in the available options. Hope you understood my question.

If i click on new there are scripts, so my doubt is do we need to modify these scripts?
