How does SAM Pro create removal candidates for Docusign, is it by the license assignment date? If yes, how does this work?

Hi @SantoshiniD 

No, removal candidates are not created based on the license assignment date alone. 

ServiceNow SAM Pro uses Activity/Usage Data. The assignment date is only used as a "safety check" (grace period) to ensure you don't remove a license from a new employee who hasn't had a chance to log in yet.

Hi Deepak,

 

Thanks but as there is no last activity/usage date for Docusign subscriptions, how will the removal candidates be flagged?

for each integration a default reclamation rule is added. Could you please share this with us. Should be available in the search menu of the instance.
