Hi Team

Dragon and Dragon naturally speaking is the same software but found different installations, how to cover both with the same entitlement

SAM Pro sees tham as different products.  If you look them up in SAM Pro, Content Lookup page in the SAM Workspace.  One is text to voice and the other is voice to text.

 

You need to be sure of what you have purchased and sure that SAMP is not seeing two software products on the same machine if you have purchased a version of Dragon that licences both, that would then be a software suite.

you‘ve to normalize the linked discovery model for each install to the same publisher/product to get it right detected as „the same software product“
