Hello All,
In my production instance, I have seen duplicates software models are created. There is no DMap attached to them.
I understand when there is no match found in install table , servicenow create a new record with specific publisher, product, version, edition. But how to stop this. I have 42 records with same software model created by system and the created source is system property.
It should create only one record. How to avoid that duplicity as it is creating confusion.
