Facing error while Integrating with Slack for SaaS license management

Hello Community,

We are Integrating Slack for SaaS license management and using this document on ServiceNow: Integrating with Slack

On Outbound HTTP log it is showing this error message: {"Errors":{"description":"non_org_teams_only","code":400}}

Could someone assist in how to resolve this issue?

I also encountered this error message in the outbound http log after setting up the Slack SaaS direction integration profile.

But managed to resolve it with the help of a Slack admin.

It turns out that one of the steps in SN's documentation is not accurate/confusing.

In SN's guide, under 'Create a Slack integration profile', step 10 'If the Enterprise Grid workspace is available, select the Enterprise Grid workspace.' -> instead of selecting a Enterprise Grid workspace, we selected a Slack Organisation in this step, then I was able to validate the connection and publish the Slack integration profile.
