Hi

I need to make the number field red when the reopen_count field is greater than 0.

I created field styles, should this also work in the SOW  incident form ???(Service Operation Workspace)

unfortunately, field styles only word in the classic UI but not in any Workspaces

Hi @Shir Sharvit ,

For the SOW I usually configure Highlighted Values:

But for the List view it will only work if Number is not your first column , for example:  

If this would work for you, you can use Priority as an example and configure a New Highlighted Value for Number.
