Hi Team, service operation workspace level when incident opened then we have "agent assist" customer is trying to search KB numbers it is not showing when typing keywords it is showing i need to show KB Numbers under search.

agents are not necessarily required to remember KB numbers, they will be able to directly see the relevant KBs

But I was able to search with number
