when we do Saas integration with any of the publisher the data comes into samp_sw_usage table right . Now how does this data gets sync up with the entitlements ? do we need to import entitlements for this separately just like we do for others ? how are this calculated under reconciliation ?

Hi @kiran kumar m1,
each imported user subscription is linked to a "subscription identifier" and thus is linked to a DMAP/Software Model record. These details are managed by the SAMP content library. Go to your user subscription records and add the columns "Software Model" and "Subscription Identifier" - this is the first link.
For each SaaS software model, you'll find a new related list called "Software Subscriptions". The linked subscriptions are similar so software installation records and will be our "License Consumption".
Each imported and linked entitlement will increase your active use rights and during the reconciliation process the latest license balance is calculated (Active rights - user subscriptions) and the result can be compliant or not-complianct.
Best, Dennis
