What type of data are you trying to populate and what is the use case? Are you after foundation data like cost centres, or are you trying to integrate for purchase orders (for ITAM)? 
There are a number of OOTB Spokes available depending on the procurement tool: SAP Ariba, SAP ECC to name a couple. Have a look into IntegrationHub for more info
Regardless, a proper integration design will be required.

We are conducting a proof of concept with SAP Ariba to support the procurement process for HAM and SAM. Our initial focus is on developing a comprehensive solution design to determine whether it meets our requirements.

Description: As an ITAM Manager, I need to integrate with procurement systems like Microsoft Dynamics and Redstone. The goal is to ingest Contracts and Vendor data so that ServiceNow stays updated with the primary Source of Record.

Acceptance Criteria:

Customer sign-off on data flow between systems.

Verification of Contract and Vendor data ingestion.

Creation of detailed sub-stories for technical implementation.
