Software Reclamation-User is unable to Approve/Reject the RCC though mail

Hi team,

 

I am getting below error when user click on Yes or No button- 'The system cannot find the file specified'.

 

This is the OOB script file ${mail_script:samp_reclamation_notification}. and in script i can see that  

'approvalrecc' and  'rejectionrecc' is not defined or assigned any values. attached the screnshot.
Are we missing anything? Please help
