I have attached a screenshot indicating that Dragon Medical is currently marked as non-compliant, although the entitlement is available.
Could you please guide me with the steps required to remediate this and make it compliant? This will also help me apply the same approach to other software in similar situations.

Hey @akguj ,
***— Verify License Metric
Open:
Software Model → Dragon Medical One
Verify:
License metric = Per User
This means:
each user consuming software = 1 license
*** — Check License Entitlements
Open:
Software Entitlements
You already have:
2 rights
1 rights
1 rights
Total = 4
But reconciliation needs 10.
So you are short by 6 licenses.
***— Check Why 10 Licenses Are Required
Open:
SAM Workspace
→ License Workbench
→ Dragon Medical One
→ License Metric Results
Click:
Licenses Required = 10
Now verify:
which users/devices are consuming licenses
duplicate installs
inactive users
old installations
***— Remove Unnecessary Installations
From:
Remediation Options
→ Remove Unlicensed Installs
Remove:
duplicate installs
retired devices
inactive assets
stale software installs
This reduces required licenses.
***— Allocate Entitlements Properly
Open each entitlement record and verify:
State = In use
Active rights populated
Subscription dates valid
Then allocate entitlements to:
users
devices
installs
depending on your metric.
*** — Reconcile Again
Run:
SAM Reconciliation
*** — Verify Compliance
