Integrate ServiceNow with Adobe using OAuth

Hi all - from the documentation provided here, our team is trying to integrate ServiceNow and Adobe using OAuth. To create the integration profile, we don't see the Authentication type: OAuth 2.0 as an option. I've confirmed that our 'Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management' (sn_sam_saas_int) plugin has been upgraded to v13.1.8.

How do we get OAuth to display as an authentication type for our integration? Is it supposed to display on the integration profile?

@Lydia Kim What I am aware you need additional plugin for that

(com.snc.platform.security.oauth): This plugin is essential for using OAuth 2.0 as an authentication method. You need to verify if this plugin is active in your instance.

Hope this will help you.

Hi @Community Alums,

Thank you for the response - I see that we already have the plugin installed yet it is not being displayed..
