Integrating with Microsoft 365

Hi, I am trying to connect SN with my O365 demo instance. Everything is configured from my O365 part but in service now I get errors when trying to create my direct integration profile. The Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management is indeed activated.

Do I need to go to this 'Global application scope' ? How do I get there ?

I followed this guide : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/...

Thanks,

Nicolas

Hi Peter, thanks for the reply. I am on Utah, is this setting somewhere else ? I don't have this application scope button on my side

Hi @npigeon,

I don't have an instance with UI16 available, but if I remember correctly, click on the gear icon, go to developer tab. You should be able to change the application scope there.

Ok thank you I found it. So I cleared my first error 'Global application filter' but it still gives me 2 errors :

-Invalid insert

-To integrate with Microsoft Office 365 activate the Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management (com.sn_sam_saas_int) plugin from the ServiceNow Store .
