Hi, I'm looking for some insight on the latest com.sn_sam_saas_int (Yokohama sn_sam_saas_int) 15.0.17 update released recently, to resolve the failing M365 subscription scheduled job fails. SN send a notification to complete the app update which should resolve the failing job. However, looks like the job is still failing after the app update. I'm wondering if anyone else is aware of this issue and was able to resolve it successfully with the recent app update. Any help would be much appreciated. Ref KB2037538 .

Hi @Dilshaad,
did you already raise a new case with ServiceNow to inform the support that 15.0.17 does not solve the issue.
Did you tried one of the XML files ? When importing the XML you will see if the same changes are applied in the last plugin version or not. Please keep us posted!
Thanks, Dennis

Dilshaad, We had the same issue right after upgrading to Yokohama, it was due to a SI that checks the SaaS plugin and returns false even though the plugin is installed, per ServiceNow we had to comment out that check and both integrations started to work for us.
