microsoft 365 subscription - sofware usage is not imported

Hi,

 

we have configured an integration with lightstream to import Microsoft 365 time usage in non-prod instances. when we run the 'SAM- Collect Microsoft 365 Usage' job it completes within 2 sec.

While setting up Microsoft 365 integration profiles what's happening is validation is not getting successful if we keep "download activitity" box checked.
But if we UNCHECK "Download activity" box and click on "validate connection" then validation is getting successful. 


And the same integration is working in PROD instance which has the same credentials which are getting used in non -prod.

any idea what we are missing

The 'SAM- Collect Microsoft 365 Usage' job collects usage information from Entra, so I'm guessing this is the reason it's not working.

Could you please check the logs for the reason to fail. Most probably it is related to Credentials issue.
