Is there a way to copy over user and device details if we have both on a Per User entitlement? Sometimes users have the software on two devices and we want to be able to track all the details when moving from one entitlement to another. When the Copy Allocations action is taken, we noticed that it only brings over the Per User details and not the additional information that we have captured (ie. Allocated to (device name), cost code, etc.). Thanks in advance!
