Not able to enable Microsoft publisher pack in ServiceNow SAM Pro. SAM Pro is activated already

Could you please provide more context? Do you receive an error message? Are there any logs related to the installation? Could you also share any screenshots that might be helpful for us?

1. Ensure you have the specific plugin (com.snc.samp.microsoft) activated . Refer: Software Asset Management publisher pack for Microsoft 

2. If still not working,

  • Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins including Software Asset Workspace (com.sn_samp_master_ws)
