Could you please provide more context? Do you receive an error message? Are there any logs related to the installation? Could you also share any screenshots that might be helpful for us?

No. when i create the software entitlements i can't see microsoft in the "License Metric group dropdown"

HI @UdaySoni1,

It appears that you haven’t requested the publisher pack. To do so, you need to request the plugin from the „Now Support Service Portal“.

 

For your reference all components, that will be available with SAMP: Components installed with Software Asset Management Professional
