Not able to enable Microsoft publisher pack in ServiceNow SAM Pro. SAM Pro is activated already

Hi @UdaySoni1 

 

1. Ensure you have the specific plugin (com.snc.samp.microsoft) activated . Refer: Software Asset Management publisher pack for Microsoft 

2. If still not working,

  • Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins including Software Asset Workspace (com.sn_samp_master_ws)

Software asset workspace is active and when i am creating the s/w entitlement i am not able to see "Microsoft" in the Metric Group attribute of the s/w entitlement form.

 

Also the "License Operations" menu is not opening. PFA the screenshot for the same.
