Possible Import errors after importing Software Entitlements

Dear community,

 

could someone clarify which of the 3 valid options are correct. I have read the following KB article already: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0854433

 

but is still not clear to me if the right answers are: (a), (b) and (e), or the options (d) and (c) are also correct as it shows in the article.

 

Which of the following are valid on import errors (vs. after import) when using the automated entitlement import feature? (only 3 valid answers.)

 

(a) Purchased rights should be greater than 0
(b) The end date must be greater than the start date
(c) Publisher Part Number and Software Model conflict
(d) Duplicate entry
(e) Publisher Part Number already exists

Below are the correct answers: 

1. Purchased rights should be greater than 0
2. Publisher Part Number and Software Model not found
3. Duplicate entry

on page 71 of SAM manual that came with SAM course:
