"SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates" Scheduled Job Failed

Hello All

While running the SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates scheduled job to identify the removable candidates, we are getting result as "failed", unable to find the cause and which script is called from this scheduled job.

Kindly help me in understanding reasons why the job fails.

Here's the call stack

1. Scheduled Job ->SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates

2. Script Include -> sn_samp.SamIdentifyingNewReclamationCandidates().process()

.... a few layers of abstraction ...

3. Script include -> SAMPReclamationUtil

 

I'd cross check the timestamp of the failure in the samp_job_log and find a log near the same time in the general logs see if that get's you pointed in the right direct.

I'd also submit a support ticket with ServiceNow as it's getting very difficult for customers/partners to troubleshoot any longer.  Many of the script includes are marked private keeping inquiring eyes off the ServiceNow intellectual property.

we are getting reclamation error - as - "Unexpected error occurred. Check with your System Administrator." 
but we don't know what to do next in that case. 

Can you please provide some suggestions, it will be helpful, Thank you !
