Regarding the Software Entitlement Creation

We have already integrated with O365. We are getting software usage , user subscription data but we are not getting software entitlements.
Is it a manual process?

You’re right they are typically imported or created manually from your contract data, even though usage and user subscriptions come in automatically.

In some cases, the company may purchase additional licenses under an existing entitlement, especially when the cost per unit remains the same.

In such scenarios, does the Software Asset Manager need to manually update and add the additional license count in the system? Or is it possible to automatically retrieve the updated license quantity directly from the O365 portal?

Could you please clarify how this should be handled?
