Serial numbe, device name, installed on is correctly available in install record.

Please find the attached screenshot, and here required by (device) and Serial are empty.

It's because the license metric is "Per User", therefore the license can only be consumed by a user, not a device.

Only 40% records have this problem, rest 60% records are showing the device name where the product is installed

Please advise.
