We have had numerous issues with ACC getting usage data from our devices. We now have a further issue with our M365 Cloud PC's related the the Userassist folder in the registry. ServiceNow have advised its related to the ServiceNow User Account and Read permissions to this registry folder in order to obtain the usage data.
We don't have this same issue across our normal Laptop users.
Has anyone else had the same issue as my End User Team are seriously frustrated with the amount of effort this Agent has taken to get it working correctly.
