We recently enabled the Adobe Cloud integration and are running into an issue with subscription user matching. Some Adobe subscriptions are not matching to ServiceNow users because the email addresses do not align between the two systems.
I've looked into User Resolution Rules, but with the number of possible email variations, I'm concerned this could become difficult to maintain.
One consistent data point we have is that the Adobe Username contains the user's ID. Has anyone configured the Adobe Cloud integration to use this value to match against the corresponding User ID field in ServiceNow? If so, I'd appreciate any guidance on how this was implemented.
