SAM - Collect Office 365 Usage jobs failing

My direct integration credentials validate fine, however the job  SAM - Collect Office 365 Usage is consistently failing.   where can I get more details, the error message has nothing other than it failed.

Tokyo? 😲 I understand that this may not be the question you're asking but Tokyo is a release from 2022 and running in such an outdated release can lead into many problems, including integrations. SAM as product has grown a lot. I'll strongly advice to raise your hand and suggest to your team (or customer) to upgrade to a more recent release; which needs to be done carefully given that you're so behind.

We are using Yokohama release. We are facing g this same issue.
