SAM - Collect Office 365 Usage jobs failing

My direct integration credentials validate fine, however the job  SAM - Collect Office 365 Usage is consistently failing.   where can I get more details, the error message has nothing other than it failed.

Have you tried updating the token connection? The token generated from Office tenant has an expiration so it's expected that the connection fails if the connection is not proactively updated days before it expires.

SAM - Import User Subscriptions job is failing with a message in the logs of "   SamImportUserSubscriptionsO365: com.glide.communications.ProcessingException: Error constructing REST Message/Method: Office_365_97ae4de0-d458-4af3-a7df-1/Default GET.

 

If we go to the Direct Integration and open the Default GET, if we Test that it builds out and retuns a 200 .    The return data is very detailed and shows the message works but breaks down from the REST call to the Scheduled Job.

I am facing the same issue as well. Vaild tokens when I go to the rest message and the connection is vaild but imports are failing. 

Updated the token as suggested to fix the issue.
