SAM - Collect Office 365 Usage jobs failing

My direct integration credentials validate fine, however the job SAM - Collect Office 365 Usage is consistently failing. where can I get more details, the error message has nothing other than it failed.

I have manually added usage records for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Visio Online, and Project Online folowing steps mentioned under-

After adding the attachment and running the scheduled job - SAM - Collect Microsoft 365 Usage where will I be able to see the usage data???

Running the Import M365 Subscriptions scheduled job will surface this information on the user subscription record.
