We have implemented SAM Pro and already had InTune integrated to provide reporting for our End User devices.
We are now working through our issues on the SAM Workspace and we've discovered unlicensed installations which are actually not installed on a device.
They were installed, correctly added into ServiceNow against the Computer, the Software has been uninstalled but has not been removed from ServiceNow through automation remediation.
Anyone else experiencing this ? Is it a known issue ?

Hi @ian_starr,
could you please check the following:
- Trigger the SG-Intune integration to retrieve and process the latest Intune data
- Check SAMP software installation table [cmdb_sam_sw_install] and verify that the uninstalled software record still exists
- Check the SG-Intune import table SG-Intune Software Reports [sn_intune_integrat_software_reports] and search for the device in scope and check if the software is available or not.
By default, the SG-Intune integration deleted uninstalled software as soon the record is no longer available in the source system. If the uninstalled software is still available in the SG-Intune Software Reports, you have to check your uninstall scripts. If the record is not available in the source, but still in the software installation table - I would recommend to raise a case with SN to check the out of the box integration.

Any feedback on the Hi Case ?
Also we are moving from SCCM to Intune and we are using SAM Pro , any issues that you may have noticed.

Our 3rd Party got it working. We had some out of date scripts and our Transform Map wasn't working correctly.
What we have found, and this wasn't clear when we were working with our 3rd Party to deploy SAM Pro, is that it doesn't work 100% with InTune. Updates to come apparently by ServiceNow. There is no SW Metering available, some auto reconciliation and removals won't work either - it will with SCCM apparently.
We are looking to deploy their own Agent Client Collector on our End User devices which we are informed will give us the Capabilities InTune can't.
