SAM Pro and InTune Integration

We have implemented SAM Pro and already had InTune integrated to provide reporting for our End User devices.

We are now working through our issues on the SAM Workspace and we've discovered unlicensed installations which are actually not installed on a device.

They were installed, correctly added into ServiceNow against the Computer, the Software has been uninstalled but has not been removed from ServiceNow through automation remediation.

Anyone else experiencing this ? Is it a known issue ?

@ian_starr I know this post was several months ago but I did just want to clarify one point regarding "Updates to come from ServiceNow". MS InTune doesn't capture metering data (it does in their portal, but isn't exposed yet to their API which is what our SG connector uses) like SCCM/MECM does. The SN ITAM Product Team continues to push for this upgrade need with the Microsoft InTune Team for several years now but the ball is in their court still. Good move going with ACC-V to fill that gap!!
