SAM Pro integration with OKTA

We are currently trying to use the integration to pull the Okta information but our Cyber team has a concern about the performance of Okta in production with all of the API calls. Also is there a concern of the API calls timing out? Just looking for someone who deployed this will in a sizable company. 100K employees. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to this based on my experiences with Okta, but I can describe our general approach in such cases. We actually always proceed very pragmatically. By connecting the individual SaaS tenants (DEV, TEST, PROD), you always get a good insight into possible bottlenecks or problems. If the amount of data mentioned is only available on PROD, then unfortunately it will only be possible to check potential problems in detail once this connection is active.
As long as it is a SAM Pro Direct Integration (OOBT), which is fully provided and maintained by ServiceNow. We raise a support case for all issues found and getting back the appropriate information or adjustments for our interfaces.
