SAM Pro reconciliation not bringing in new entitlement.

We are running Yokohama with SAM Pro. I have a publisher with two software models. I retired the older entitlements and added the new entitlement tied to a renewed contract. The old entitlement disappeared from the workspace, and the new entitlement isn't showing under compliance.
My DEV and PROD environments match (as far as I can see) and the second product (Snagit) is listed in my DEV environment. This is actually happening on a couple of my entitlements; I'm just using this one as an example.
At first, I found a note online that the "vendor_type" had to be listed as "Publisher". We added that, with no change.
When I click on the publisher name (Techsmith - in below graphic) - the new entitlement shows up in the list. Along with all the retired entitlements.
Let me know if any other information will help.
"Snagit" used to be listed below.

Hi @rjtopper ,
For SAM Pro (Yokohama), license visibility in the Compliance workspace is driven by scheduled jobs.
If entitlements appear under the Publisher record but not under Compliance, Run these scheduled jobs:
Primary SAM jobs (must run)
SAM – Software License Reconciliation
SAM – Daily Job
SAM – Subscription Maintenance (important for renewed / subscription licenses)
Secondary / Supporting SAM jobs
SAM – Discovery Model to Software Model matching
SAM – Normalize discovery models using content library rules
SAM – Get install count for software model
SAM/CI – Populate Licensing Data
==>Also run the reconciliation before checking
If this is useful please mark it as helpful and if it works please accept my solution.....

Hi,
Can you share the screenshot of the entitlement you have configured? Or let me the know the license type, metric of the entitlement. Without seeing the entitlement configuration its hard to guess why its not showing on the workbench.

BTW, in response to the suggestion to run the jobs, I have to adhere to my company policy and wait for them to run in their natural cycle, so I'll see tomorrow.
