SAM - why is there a number for 'Licensed required by' but none for 'Installs'

Howdy! Trying to figure out for CIS Datacenter, why there is a number showing for 'Licensed required by' but no number is shown under the 'Installs' tab.

Any insights? See screenshot attached/below.

@dreinhardt - thanks again. I'll give the above a shot and report back.
A side question though, why would I have to create a duplicate SW model? I was under the assumption that if I add the conditions in the existing SW model, the CIs that DO NOT meet the conditions would simply get excluded. 

Is what you suggested above the way to do it or is it a 'workaround'?

Basically, you are right, yes they are excluded for this specific software model, but the SW install data is still processed by the Reconcile and assigned to other software models with similar characteristics (Publisher, Product, Edition, Version). In the worst case, the Reconcile creates another software model to process this data. 

That's why I prefer to create a new model with a condition and license under management = false for exclusions so that they are definitely excluded.
