I’m working with software models in ServiceNow. I created two software models and established a parent–child relationship between them. When I view the records in the cmdb_m2m_suite_model.list, I can see both software models correctly linked in a parent–child relationship.
After that, I exported the data and imported it into another PDI. The data was imported successfully, but the parent–child relationship was not mapped correctly. The above error was occurrred.
