We are using subscription based licensing model for Adobe products and do not consider installed software into consideration during reconciliation. Here the problem is ServiceNow is considering installed data for reconciliation and showing the product as non complaint. I am not getting option to set "Ignore installs" as true on the adobe products.
Is there a workaround to ignore installation data at the product level, rather than adding software install conditions individually on each software model?
Thanks,
Dinesh

Hi @Dinesh Reddy By
Looking at the software model for Adobe Acrobat in our environment, both install and subscription conditions appear. I haven't tested if using a condition in both would actually work, but I would assume that if both appear then both can be used.

Hi @Dinesh Reddy By ,
We encountered a similar issue on one of our accounts. It would be great if there were an option to set "Ignore installs" to true at the product level for these types of products. However, based on our experience, any products coming from the SN content library are not customizable.
Our workaround was to add software install conditions at the software model level—which I understand from your post you're trying to avoid. That said, if you'd like more details on how we implemented our solution, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Cairns
