We are using subscription based licensing model for Adobe products and do not consider installed software into consideration during reconciliation. Here the problem is ServiceNow is considering installed data for reconciliation and showing the product as non complaint. I am not getting option to set "Ignore installs" as true on the adobe products.
Is there a workaround to ignore installation data at the product level, rather than adding software install conditions individually on each software model?
Thanks,
Dinesh

You can achieve this by two ways-
1) One create a software model withpublisher as Adobe, product=Acrobat (for example picked) version is anything and edition is anything, set the LUM=false. (This option will not at all consider the installs and will not even show on workspace)
or
2) you can ignore the installs y adding the product install condition within License workbench so you don't have to create new software model. This will apply to all product matching in condition to exclude (if exclude condition).

I'm confused why you would want to ignore Adobe software installations. The two major issues I see with Adobe are:
1. Users have downloaded a Creative Cloud (CC) app with no corresponding license. Reporting on such installations identifies non-compliance.
2. Users have been assigned a CC All Apps license and are only using 1 or 2 CC apps. Gaining insights into installed software will surface this situation and provides an opportunity for assigning CC Single App licenses.
Bottom line is that understanding installed Adobe software enables license compliance and optimization.

This is generic solution can be used for any product. But this can be applied in case if any org has Enterprise license agreement which allows unlimited installs (less risk), but want to see how many active users subscriptions against # of licenses procured on workspace.
In case of Adobe, there true SaaS product (like M365) which doesn't allow to users to use without active subscriptions assigned.
I'm not sure why ServiceNow content team not marked on Adobe products as subscriptions software and ingore installs as true which ignores the installs OOTB and reconciles the entitlements against subscriptions data.
