How to Integrate the Procurement Systems to automate the tracking of software purchases and entitlements.

Whenever you will connect with Ariba Team, they will give end point ( that would be basically procurement data source), credential .

Once you will configure integration profile and publish it, two jobs will be created- one for Software subscription and another for entitlement. After the job run, it will fetch the data from Ariba.
