Reporting to groups without fulfiller licenses

I have run into an issue that I would like to hear how others are handling it. We are using SAM Pro for reporting compliance.  However, many people who need to see the reporting are not fulfillers in ServiceNow and are not users in the SAM Pro tool, think procurement or finance or even VPs. They want to see the compliance data but without a read only role to SAM Pro I am reluctant to provide a SAM Pro driven dashboard. Also, we are not using HAM Pro yet, only SAM Pro.

How are you handling this? I feel like there is a piece I am missing. I welcome any ideas that won't cost me more money 🙂 I do have a little time if I need to develop something in Power BI which is the only option I can think of.

Do they have any issues with getting the data via email, or do they need a live on-demand view of the data? If they don't need live on the demand data, you can look into setting up scheduled email reports or scheduled Platform Analytics dashboard/virtualization exports.

Thank you for you thoughts.  For some that might work, but for someone working a specific renewal, they want to go and view as needed.

Hi @JenD_UA,

Did you think about evaluating the Business Stakeholder SKU for that? It is meant for users who need read access to report and dashboard data, but you need to verify if the tables/data are included.
