Service Now Licenses in SAM Pro

Hi,

 

I was wondering if in SAM Pro we can monitor Service Now Licenses?

 

I want ServiceNow licences to be managed (including being reclaimed) in the same way that Microsoft & Adobe are managed currently
So that... if Users are not using the licences that they have been allocated, those licences are reclaimed and available to be reallocated to other Users
So that... the expenditure on ServiceNow licences is minimised
So that... the risk of commercial penalty payments (due to breaching license thresholds) is reduced
So that... I don't have to monitor and manage license allocations manually

Hi @NeenaPatel ,

Have already explored Subscription Management  ? if not , that's the place to start with.

Then, based on your interactions with ServiceNow Account executive, you should decide on the "So that", it will be a great combination to be inline.
