Hi,
We are looking to add CIs for Carriage class [Telecom or WAN Carriage links provided by a carrier] in ServiceNow CMDB with following attributes,
- circuit id
- location
- bandwidth
- vendor
- technology type
As per my understanding, we do not have out of box class available in CMDB to manage this information. Anyone created custom class to maintain Carriage CIs in CMDB?
Please share any information available or where will this class fit into CSDM mapping.
